Heart palpitations 2nd Trimester?

I have been having almost constant heart flutters/palpitations. When I sit down I notice them more and they make me cough. I recorded my heart beating and it freaks me out because my heart sounds like it keeps trying to get back on track. It beats normal for a few minutes and then it gets off track again. Anyone else experience this? I read online it’s normal with increased blood flow. It’s a little freaky though, and very annoying.
