My obgyn says I should start 3 months before getting pregnant if possible but I always forget! 🤦🏼‍♀️🙈🤪

I do when I remember. I definitely get lazy and discouraged around my period and then try to be more diligent after I ovulate just in case. But I could be better at it.

I was advised to start one at my last Well Woman Exam. I've taken them since October. :)

It is recommended to take a prenatal vitamin at least 3 months prior to TTC; as well as throughout your pregnancy and after. I personally started mine 1 year prior to TTC.
