What bug is this?

I have a very bad phobia of bugs and just saw the CRAZIEST bug in my basement. 
It was about the size of my palm, maybe smaller, and it had a lot of legs, and it jumped about a foot in the air. It was very fast and kept jumping away from me. What bug is this?

Like jumping or flying? any wings? Honestly sounds like daddy longlegs but if there’s no wings just could be some sort of insect 🤷‍♀️ i first thought of a spider but i feel like you should know what a spider looks like. No reason to freak out, they’re just trying to survive
