here’s the issue

i’ve always been kinda lost when it comes to working out, etc. i’m 5’2 and about 128 lbs. so the thing is, i have a naturally big butt so it’s pretty much all fat. I would also like to tone up tho especially my stomach area and even lose a little belly fat if i could, if anyone has any tips for workouts or anything that could help please comment!
