Hello ladies, HELP ME PLEASE...

The first day of my last Menstraul Period was March 25th.... i am on birth control thee type that I still ovulate and get a period. I did miss 2 days in a row around ovulation.. on April 25th I expierenced possible implantaion. I swore my period was coming that day. Then Boom gone only came out once when I wiped. On April 29th I took a Urine pregnancy test it was Neg Its May 7th and still no sign of AF and 2nd test negative.... I noticed my nipples are extremly sore:( I feel different like more gassy, food turn offs, tender breasts and today for 1st time nauseous. All these are known pregnancy symptoms.... when should I retest? I have a doc appointment May 13th. Ohhh and my BBT for past week has been 98 to 98.5 °F 😳😳😳😳
