When did you start to feed you toddler lettuce or uncooked spinach?

My 17 month old loves tacos and wants to add lettuce like my husband and I do. But I’m afraid to let him have it. He also wants uncooked spinach when I have a salad. But again afraid to give it to him. I gave him fresh tomatoes for the first time today. He loves them.

She had lettuce back at like 6 or 7 months. She had tomatoes today at 8 months

My 8 month old loves lettuce, kale, spinach, tomato & red pepper...all uncooked, just cut appropriately.

When we started feeding him regular foods. So at 6 months. As long you wash it, I wouldn't really worry too much.
