UPDATE: I had my US today, the tech told me everything appears normal, and the baby is 3lbs. ❤️😊 Thank you all for the support. It has been an emotional day and I am so relieved.

I had an appointment with my midwife today. Everything was going well until she measured my uterus. She seemed very concerned but also seemed to be trying to hide it. She then kept asking me how often I feel baby boy move which is almost every evening. I asked her what was wrong.

She told me my uterus is measuring about six weeks behind, and it should be bigger. But then reassured me if I can feel the baby moving everything is just fine. She listened to his heart beat for a really really long time and kept watching the clock.

She suggested I go get an ultrasound this week just to be on the safe side but I’m pretty freaked out.. my ultrasound is in two days. I’m really trying to be positive but I can’t help but wonder if everything is ok with my sweet boy.
