My daughter’s middle name is Grey. I love it as much as her first name. I don’t really like the middle name and now all I can see is Grae nickel, too. 🙈 Maybe Grae Noelle?

I think Gray is prettier than Grae, but either way I think it's fine for a first name. Doesn't sound good paired with Nichole though.
