Anyone else?

Question

I’m 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant and all day I’m getting this constant wave of nervousness/butterflies. Is this something to do with pregnancy or is this just me being overwhelmed with excitement? I guess it could be both but I just wanted to see if anyone feels like this too?

Could just be excitement/nerves, but I did notice that even before my positive test I felt like my heart rate was faster (and your body does produce more blood in early pregnancy), so maybe that's why if you are also feeling an elevated heart rate?
