Sleeping through the night

My 7 month old has awful sleeping patterns at night. At 3 months old he was sleeping 730pm-730am at 4months he was waking up once a night and since 6 months he has been all over the place sometimes getting up every hour!! I'm so exhausted and unfortunately my living situation does not allow for me to let him cry it out! Help!!! Anyone have any tips or going through this as well?
