Best free stress management techniques?
I’ve been under so much stress lately and can’t seem to get a handle on it.
I have zero money to put towards yoga classes, gym memberships, or anything other than typical bills and groceries really to be frank. I’m working 2 jobs, have a 3 year old, and the normal adult responsibilities so me time is also a scarce commodity.
What are the best free stress management techniques people use that have really worked wonders?!
