Sharp pain under right breast - 38 weeks pregnant

Hi ladies, just want to know if this is normal or has happened to anyone else.

For the past week I’ve been randomly having really sharp pain right under my right breast basically at my rib. It even feels sore from the outside. The pain is sharp but quick. I know babies foot is there from the ultrasounds and that he is a tall baby. But could he possibly be that strong???? Like i don’t feel his foot from outside i just suddenly feel sharp pain from the inside.
