Sleeping positions advice 🙏please
I’ll be 36 weeks on Monday.. I’ve been sleeping on my sides but my shoulders are killing me.. they are very sore.. I try to but pillows under my legs, belly but I don’t feel comfort.. pill under the bump makes me feel more pressure like if in lifting her up to my lungs .. how are you dealing with sleep and comfort?
