It’s been 7 years since I last ttc

Hi I’m 34 and have a 6yo daughter and two beautiful SDs. I’ve always wanted another baby of my own and finally convinced DH (44) to try with me. We’ve been trying officially for two months. Today I’m 12 dpo. AF is expected Friday according to my calendar. But I can’t decide if I have PMS symptoms or preg symptoms. Today I am oscillating between starving and mildly queasy. I’m feeling tired but I always do right before AF. Boobs feel heavy but not tender to the touch. I have a headache. Idk should I test this early or wait it out until and see if AF comes (she’s pretty regular) and test Sunday or Monday?
