Hemorrhoids while pregnant

Did anyone get a hemorrhoid while pregnant I have one and it hurts so bad ftm and I just want to know how to deal with it if I can while I’m pregnant or will I have to wait til after my baby is here to do something about it?

UPDATE: Thank you everyone who replied I am happy/sad to know how common this is but I’m happy to have help I used Vick’s vapor rub and that helped ease the pain for now til I see my doctor next Monday I will be stocking up on supplies you all mentioned.
