Mind games

Myself and my partner have been trying to conceive for well over a year and a half now ( I know this isn’t as long as some people have been trying). I have read a lot of people just ‘stopped trying’ and then managed to conceive

As a lot of others it’s really starting to get my down just seeing negative after negative test - I have tried tracking, ovulation tests, vitamins. You name it, I’ve given it a go.

My question is how do people ‘ stop trying’- it’s constantly in the back of my mind.
