Menopausal!!

Can anyone tell me what are the symptoms of menopause? I mean i have high sex drive my periods and ovulation are always on time only thing is my last AF was march 27 and i did ovulate i had 3 positive opks in row in april then again end of month ewcm and very very dark opks no AF, i have sore breast nauseous tired sleepy hungry mild cramps nothing bad constipated but i do use number 2 , i did blue dye its faint likes not getting darker nothing on first response or doller tree there negative sometimes light positive...my sister in law is saying i could be having menopause that hurt my feelings and feel sad, OPINION PLEASE!!!
