Any other moms think their v looks crazy after a baby? Might be tmi but I finally looked at my vagina, I’m 4months pp and why does it look like that lol. I tore and had a partial clitoris tear but I feel like the stitches there didn’t do anything because I have like a HOLE next to my clit. Like I even compared the two diff sides lol idk if I should see a new gyno

I haven't looked in a while but when I first looked I was like GOOD LORD WHAT THE HELL... Second degree tear plus you know pushing out a baby lol I shouldn't have been surprised. Hopefully it's improved recently...

I looked from when I got home until 3 weeks PP and I was in tears every time, needless to say I haven’t looked since and I’m 4 months PP... sex is good on both ends, I think so I’m not going to dwell on it haha

My mom warned me not to look at my vagina until after it healed for that reason. In your case though it's been 4 months so everything should be back to normal. This hole you're describing doesn't sound right, I would see a different gyno for a second opinion.
