Endo medication?

So my dr prescribed me this medication to help with the pain and try to manage it a bit. But I’m concerned about it causing more pain, I’m almost done with my second week of taking it and so far I honestly feel that my pain has increased and become more frequent 🙃. My dr isn’t the most knowledgeable on endometriosis unfortunately and I go in on Friday to a more of a specialist. I was just wondering if anybody else took this and it made their pain worse? I know it was starting to get a bit worse prior to taking it and I pushed for the diagnostic laparoscopy to be done and sure enough there was my endometriosis just hanging out in there. But since starting this it seems like it’s gotten much worse much faster than before. Any feedback y’all could give me would be great! Please and thank ya 🤗
