Ladies, I just bought my first kit. But I’m still unclear on how to use it? Is it just day 5 of your period you start taking it? Or what?😂 I’m confused. They weren’t the cheapest so I really hope we get this right 😂 I’ve heard so many amazing reviews. Someone please help a girl out and tell me how to use these things.
