I have a question

I have a question. A little side note I do have a doc appointment discussing the results this upcoming Monday I'm just wondering if I should be concerned about this.

I had an ultrasound Friday and i was either 35 weeks or pretty close to it. The ultrasound was to see if my placenta moved since I have a previa (it didn't but that's a different story). I got the results on Monday and the results said on there that my baby is measuring 32 weeks. That would be almost 3 weeks behind. Idk if I should be worrying or not but like I said I see my doc on Monday to schedule a c section for the previa anyways I just wanna know if I should let myself worry about this.
