Post partum joint pain and swelling
My bambino is almost 11 weeks and just this week I've had intense joint aches and I wake up and can barely walk my foot tenderness is so bad. It's like m feet are bruised! My knees, fingers and elbows ache like crazy. I had an intense workout on Monday but just assumed I was sore from that but the joint paint has gotten worse. I plan to reach out to my doc to run some tests. Just curious if any other Momma's are experiencing this as well?
