Do I stand a chance?

Question

3 weeks off of Nexplanon. 
Normal periods the full 2.5 years. 
When I got off on April 27th by April 30th I had spotting with a full cycle May 1-3rd. 
On May 6th and 7th opk read positive. 
I had sex all days from May 4th-7th. 
Is there a chance I can see a BFP? I did read the younger the faster fertility can return ( probably a myth)
Any help?

Honestly, I thought it would take months for my cycle to return to normal. 
I never got a period on my Implanon, had it removed March 26th, never got a period, got a positive pee test April 25th! 
6 weeks along now, but it's looking ok so far.

I would keep testing with OPK’s. Ovulating by cycle day 7 or 8 is not super likely unless you have a 20-21 day cycle.

I’ve definitely read about some women getting pregnant their first cycle off Nexplanon! It took me about five weeks to get af back after removal but then I fell pregnant our second cycle trying. Baby dust! ✨

I'm in the same situation got off the mirena april 22 had a period that week ovulated beginning of May in my 2ww right now.

Not to be a downer but I got mine removed 9 months ago and have yet to become pregnant. My cycles have been weird, some 30 days and one 60 day.
