Getting my placenta encapsulated !! Do you have experience before?

So I’m getting my placenta encapsulated for my first pregnancy. As I did hear it helps with p/p depression and a quick recovery.. although there is no scientific evidence... maybe yet.. but based on users who have taken it.

I dealt with depression in general before, so I’m worried about having it after birth aswell. I don’t know what the to expect and the ‘feels’ of what it’s like after giving birth.

So I guess I did not want to miss the opportunity and went for it. But wondering has anyone did it before ??
