Looking for good stories

Has anyone had good endings and gotten pregnant when your spouse once had no sperm count? My husbands first count was zero then his second analysis came back with ONE. He's been doing HCG shots and taking COQ10 . We go back to the urologist in June and so nervous.

We found this out in September and I've been depressed ever since.
