Having a miscarriage naturally and forcing your body to have one (like "falling down stairs") are two different things. Intentionally miscarrying and harming the baby is what theyre talking about, not just a woman who loses the baby for no reason.

i didn't know i was pregnant until about 8 weeks.. i was smoking two packs of cigarettes a day and about six cups of coffee; i could have easily lost the baby. 
would i be in prison for murder, when i didn't even know?
