My baby officially starting rolling over from back to stomach. Is it time to switch to sleeping sack?

I swaddled with both arms out, just wrapped around the waist and it helped my son until I was able to just switch him to the sleep sack. It was easy for me because I slowly weaned him off by unswaddling one arm first, then both.

Yes, you have to stop swaddling once they can roll over otherwise it's a big safety hazard. More likely to suffocate.

Once they can roll over its time to stop swaddling. They can’t properly move their head if their arms are trapped when they roll over. Which can lead to a dangerous situation. I stopped swaddling my daughter altogether no sleep sac either and she did awesome.

Absolutely! It's really unsafe to be swaddling once they can roll. And you don't HAVE to put them in a sleep sack. That's completely optional. We didn't put our daughter in one when we stopped swaddling. We only gave it to her a few months later because it was winter and we didn't want her to be cold at night.

Absolutely. Otherwise you risk suffocation. 
You could do an arms out swaddle though for a transition -  so it’s still snug around their torso.

Yes. If you continue to swaddle, suffocation is a huge risk. Having hands/arms restricted will make it worse for them in being able to roll back over or repositioning themselves. We use the love to dream swaddle up 50/50 and now have both the arms unzipped so his arms are free to move about.

My daughter can and will not sleep in a sleep sack. She still needs her swaddle.
