What's safe to use for a yeast infection?

What brand is safe and works best? I'm very unsure would love to hear what yall use! Thanks!

I used monistat and was in agony. My aunt told me to use organic unrefined coconut oil and plain yogurt. I also soaked in epsom salt baths twice a day and it was gone like asap

Not that you need another repeat answer, but monistat 7 is what my doctor recommended and what I used for mine!
