Can I breastfeed and supplement without pumping all the time?

I will use a haaka as well while feeding on the other side and vise versa and when I'm not with him and or if he's sleeping and I'm engorged.

If you want to keep your supply up you will likely need to pump every time he is supposed to be eating. So if you are at work and he is being supplemented with formula, you will still want to pump during that time. As mentioned, it’s supply and demand and the less you pump/feed the less milk you body will make and vice versa.

I would still pump and breastfeed as much as possible because once I started supplementing my body noticed and my supply dropped quickly no matter how much I tried to catch back up after work and what not. This time around I set will not be supplementing and breast feeding as much as possible!
