Ok ladies i need some advice.....

Me and my youngest sons dad have been living together for 6 months now. We have a 7 month old son but we aren’t “in a relationship”. I’m ready to be in an actual relationship but he’s not. We are basically in an untitled relationship. We do everything a girlfriend/boyfriend would do for each other just absolutely no title. I’m getting frustrated with the excuses he keeps coming up with. I’m starting to feel like maybe I’m just not good enough to be called girlfriend. I’ve caught him talking to other girls before and i really think that’s the real reason. He will shout out girls on Facebook for their birthday but didn’t for me. He comments on their pictures but not mine. Now he’s saying that he wants to move out into a place of his own by himself..... I’m just so confused and have no clue what to think. 😔
