My son is 5.8 yrs old and going to kindergarten.. from the day he went to school he was making a lot of accidents... but he is completely potty trained and doesn’t made a accident outside the school or in home and even during night time he never bed wets. Calls me for using bathroom or holds till morning ..

He haven’t spoke to his class teacher and she feels he is too young and so keeps reminding him to use the bathroom. He knows the bathroom routines but he won’t go on his own in school. I have tried all the tricks and nothing works in school. He is gonna do his kindergarten plus as his teacher and principal feels he is not good to enter first grade as he haven’t spoke to his teacher for using bathroom till the end ...

Today he made a accident again in the middle of the school ( he was reminded and went morning and by noon he peed before he was reminded ). I feel totally embarrassed and today hit him well as I couldn’t get along with this issue ! He is gonna be 6 and when is he gonna change ! I feel terrible and guilty for what I did. Poor boy ... please help me how to overcome this ?
