Tampons
I am 8 weeks PP I've been cleared to have sex and exercise by my doctor but I have not stopped bleeding since giving birth. My doctor said it can be still bleeding from birth or it may be my period returning since I did start birth control. Do you think it's okay if I start using tampons again?
