3 month growth spurt

Any one else’s LO eating less/sleeping more with this growth spurt? Seems like my little girl never wants to eat and when she does it’s only 2-3oz. (Formula) And she wants to sleep a lot! Lots of short cat naps during the day with usually one that is 1hr+. Shes only been like this the last two days.

Wondering if I should call my pediatrician or if I’m being paranoid and it’s normal and it’ll pass 😕 just wanna make sure she’s getting what she needs and there isn’t an underlying problem.
