HCG level question

40 years old and 2nd round of clomid with progesterone after ovulation and finally got our bfp but at 11dpo my HCG level was 41 and at 14dpo my HCG level was 59.

Does this mean miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy? Is there any hope? I'm waiting for a call back from the Dr...
