Have you EVER met an atheist?

There's this kid I've been friends with for well over five years and he's an atheist since his parents are physicists. I go to a Christian school and there's a Satanist who attends. Both never really nag me for my faith, they only ask questions but don't criticize what I believe. 
What encounter have you ever had with an atheist and what happened?

One of the best compliments you can receive is when someone who doesn’t believe in God says they can see God in you. Also if they say you are not like other Christians, it’s normally a good thing. It’s amazing how much just being a good friend can affect a nonbeliever. 😊

A friend of mine was an atheist.... but after going through a traumatizing situation and realizing that his strength couldn’t help him.... he started to ask some supernatural source to intervene.... God showed up mightily on his behalf.... and he’s a Christian now.... still needs to draw closer to God but at least now he’s got faith.... and doesn’t think there’s no God anymore😊😊😊😊

You need to have respect and compassion no matter what a person believes. If you are claiming to be a follower of Christ then you better “love your neighbor” he himself said that was the most important commandment.

Most my friends are atheist😂 I also am friends with a satanist🤷🏻‍♀️ we respect eachother and just don’t talk about any religion in fear of arguing

I know a lot of atheists and am good friends with plenty of them as well. "Love thy neighbor, " i don't believe that religious views should be a barrier between people. You should love and be kind to everyone regardless of what they believe. We are supposed to share the love of God and we can't do that if we don't interact in positive ways with them. Just be respectful of them and their beliefs. Share what you believe but do not force faith onto others. There is a fine line there and crossing it does no one any good.

Some atheists I know are very respectful and we can have conversations and share why we believe what we do, others refuse to talk about it because it’s “stupid” or “ridiculous” 
The thing that is hardest for me about atheists is when I go to give advice and I tend to turn to God... I can’t when speaking with non believers so trying to help is like 1000x harder lol
