Constipated? (TMI)

Question

My one month old baby (formula fed) went 2 days without pooping then had 2 poop diapers with semi-hard poop that was green and a little yellow. Could he have been constipated? Today he had another green/yellow poop diaper then after that had the normal yellow-seedy poop.

Looks like it a bit but they usually say it’s shaped like little balls. Does he seem like he’s in pain when pushing? Not just crying (that helps them sometimes to push harder), but a real painful cry. If he is at least 4 weeks you can add a teaspoon to 4oz of formula.

My baby has been having a hard time pooping also. Hers has been that green color and a hard ball type shape and she screams when she poops. Shes formula fed also. Shes been pooping once a day but it's a very small amount. I'm pretty sure shes constipated.
