Due date changes

So by my LMP my due date is 09/14, I had an early ultrasound at 6w & 8w and those both have me a due date of 09/22. I saw my family practitioner up until a couple weeks ago and she said she was going to by 09/22 but that my OB would ultimately decide. The day of my appointment with my ob was crazier than usual and my head wasn’t all there and I forgot to ask her but I just noticed on my paperwork she still has 09/14, of course I will make sure to ask her at my next appointment. But I guess my question is has anyone’s early ultrasound been off by that much and your ob not change your due date? Not really a huge deal but I will be induced a week early because of where I live & I have fast deliveries.
