Is this a tooth? She’s definitely teething. Is 5 months tomorrow. Same thing on the other side & bottom.

That looks like an Epstein pearl. Typically the bottom front teeth are the first to come in.

I actually know a kid who got their fang teeth first. Yes there is a chart of how they are suppose to come in but not all babies do it that way. I'm pretty sure my 4month old us getting his top teeth first

It’s definitely possible to get top teeth first. My 10 month old cousin now has 3 top teeth and 1 bottom with a second coming in.
