Anyone else experience these?

I take my pill every day at the same time and always use a condom. While I’m anxious about pregnancy, logically its almost impossible so gonna rule it out. However, I’ve been tired, I’ve had back pains, my boobs have been hurting, I’ve been nauseous and cramping. All manageable, but still annoying and anxiety inducing.

My body has been weird on birth control and my period never regulated so my doctor recommended an extended cycle, where I take 24 active pills and 4 placebo instead of 21 and 7. I’m 2 weeks into my second month of this system. Maybe it’s just the extra estrogen in my body.
