terrified of sex

i’m terrified of having sex because i think the pain will be too much. i’ve tried to but i was too tense so when he tried it wouldn’t go in. i’m so scared of it and don’t know why.

i’m scared to finger mhself or put tampons in too..

i’m twenty and want to do it already. has anyone else felt this way, tips?
