Post varicocele surgery suggestions?

Question

My husband had his varicocele surgery this week, so now it’s a month of celibacy and then the waiting game to see if sperm numbers come back! 
Does anyone have any suggestions for post surgery protocol, vitamins etc (we started multi/ d/c/co q10 before surgery) or things they wish they had done in this time? 
I know it’s a step we needed to take, but more months of waiting after these first 3 years of trying is breaking my heart 😔

I’m right there with you.. TTC for 2 years and just found out DH needs the surgery. So by the time he gets in for surgery, 2 months from now, and then 3 months to make new sperm and see if it worked, that’s another whole 5 months, and then more trying ☹️

My hubby is 1yr post op in june. Fertile aid for men set us d best option..n do not expect a drastic change in his sperm b4 at list 6mth to one yr.... Its not easy with all d waiting but trust me u will b fine
