When to start buying baby stuff?

I’m almost 9 weeks, heard baby’s big strong heartbeat last week. I’ve bought a couple outfits already. But I almost get skeptical when buying stuff so early.

When did you start buying baby stuff? Other than clothes? I found a stroller I absolutely love, but definitely holding off on buying it right now. I just want to start buying everything, but I feel it’s definitely too early. I was thinking more like around 6 months to start buying stuff? But at the same time I want to get stuff slowly so I’m not emptying every pay cheque later down the line. HELP
