Has anyone heard of using truvision to conceive?

It’s a weight loss pill. Supposedly all natural. My friend tried to conceive for a year or so and after just a week of taking the truvision combo pack she was down 5 pounds & conceived. Has anyone heard or tried this? I’ve been ttc for a year and 6 months. I’m 5’4 127 lbs. not over weight but was thinking about trying it because I could lose a few pounds
