It starts with the egg recommends:300mg CoQ10 (ubiquinol or active antioxidant not ubiquinone - 600mg if you can only get ubiquinone) Take with a meal in the morning. 25mg three times a day DHEA (once a day might work too) (pharmaceutical grade, micronised and potency guaranteed)That’s what I’m on at the moment x
Anyone taking DHEA?
Can you all tell me how much DHEA you are taking (for those taking it)? And what about CoQ10. Lady at the vitamin store said 100 mg is way too much for taking DHEA. And she said 100 mg of CoQ10 is plenty. But I read 300 mg to 600 mg of CoQ10 is average for those of us trying to conceive, at our age. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thx, in advance!
