Who wants to LOSE WEIGHT with me ?

Starting on May the 13 it will be a Monday to start off fresh .. I just feel like it would be fun to have support and keep each other in track .. I currently weight 206.4 pds I'm 25 yrs old .... And I just want to feel healthy and great about myself I want to have the confidence I use to have .. I'm tired of this me I want a new me 💪💪👊👊😎

[UPDATE]OKAY girls 😊😊 we got this start prepping and looking into exercises that you would like to do and (just an idea ) if y'all want you can want write down motivational quotes and set a goal .. but, remember we have to also change our mind set if we want to change our Bodies 😉

(Update) TODAY IS FINALLY MONDAY WHOOP WHOOP 😀😁😃😊 today is the day we change our self's ( If your tired of starting OVER STOP !! Giving UP..) okay girls try to do 30 min or 1 hr of exercise what ever you do no EXCUSES get up and EXERCISE there is always time when we want something .. I know this is random lol sorry to tell you this girls but, the only social media i do have is GLOW,PINTEREST and YOUTUBE.. but, if y'all want you can start a page and follow each other .. also try to cut down on foods that you know are bad for you because, if you want to see a difference we got to also change the way we eat to start having that confidence.... I watch motivational videos on YouTube while I exercise and it helps me that's how I pump my self up 😂😂 😂 also ladies what gets me excited to exercise is buying workout cloth 🏃🏋️🧢 it makes me feel healthier 😂🤣😆 ..LET TODAY BE THE DAY WE ALL GET OUR SELFS BACK ..
