I found out through home test I was pregnant last week. I know I need to make a doc appt but I’m not really sure what to say or do. Any suggestions?

Call a few OBGYNs and ask if they are accepting new OB patients. If they say yes, make an appointment! :)

Depends where you’re from. In the UK you can self refer to the midwife service, but it’s always good to let your GP know. I didn’t tell me GP until I was 10 weeks and needed a prescription.

Call your ob/gyn office (if you dint have one do some research and find one) let them know you took a pregnancy test and it was positive. They will ask when your lmp was and go from there. They might send you in for bloodwork or just schedule an appoinment.
