Any Tips for New Baby?!

Hi All! We have a new baby girl joining our January 2017 baby in September and wondering if any of you mamas have any tips for welcoming new baby. Our son is still in his crib, so not sure if we should transition before or after. Also we have to focus on potty training! Would love to have him out of diapers before baby arrives. Any pointers would be awesome thanks!
