No condom + pill + pull out

So I got my BC from planned parenthood and they told me that if I wanted to be safe to always use two methods of birth control, whether that be condoms + the pill or pill + spermicide or pill + pull out

We have been deciding to use the pill + pull out method since I take it every day, same time, haven’t been taking antibiotics and haven’t been sick or anything like that.

Should I be okay?

I know that whenever someone asks this there’s like 20 people saying that there’s always still a chance but y’all know what I mean lol 😂
