Running while pregnant
Anyone still keeping up with their running routine? I’m 19 weeks tomorrow and running 2-3 miles about 3-4 times per week. I’ve done two 5ks while pregnant and thinking about doing another one next weekend. I did 3.5 miles today and felt great, but sometimes my body is like nope. If you’re a runner, share your experiences of running while carrying a melon in your stomach. 🤣
