I just SIP on some 100% Juice cranberry juice. No added sugars as that one makes it worse. I make sure it's not the cranberry cocktail. Always helps me. And loads of water. The goal is get the bacteria out of your urethra by peeing a lot. Good luck!! Also a heating pad!
